Ingredients:-
- Maida(all purpose flour):-1 cup
- Bread crumbs:-1 cup
- Corn flour:-3 Tbsp
- Oil:-to fry
- Large Onion-1
- Salt:-To taste
- Chilli powder:-1/2 spoon
- Baking soda-1 pinch
- Water:-As need to make thick batter.
How to prepare:-
- Cut off both ends of each onion and peel. Slice into 1/2-inch-thick slices; separate into rings. (Discard the smallest ring ones.
- In a bowl add all purpose flour, cornflour, soda,salt, chilli powder, bread crumbs and mix with water a thick batter.
- Now take onion rings coat with the dry all purpose flour and dip in the thick batter .
- Cook the onion rings on a medium flame for a few minutes, turning them with a spoon with holes, until golden brown on both sides. Remove onion rings from the oil to a paper towel.
- Continue to fry the rest of the onions the same way.
- Serve hot immediately.
