Ingredients:-

  1. Maida(all purpose flour):-1 cup
  2. Bread crumbs:-1 cup
  3. Corn flour:-3 Tbsp
  4. Oil:-to fry
  5. Large Onion-1
  6. Salt:-To taste
  7. Chilli powder:-1/2 spoon
  8. Baking soda-1 pinch
  9. Water:-As need to make thick batter.
How to prepare:-
  • Cut off both ends of each onion and peel. Slice into 1/2-inch-thick slices; separate into rings. (Discard the smallest ring ones.
  • In a bowl add all purpose flour, cornflour, soda,salt, chilli powder, bread crumbs and mix with water a thick batter.
  • Now take onion rings coat with the dry all purpose flour and dip in the thick batter .
  • Cook the onion rings on a medium flame for a few minutes, turning them with a spoon with holes, until golden brown on both sides. Remove onion rings from the oil to a paper towel.
  •  Continue to fry the rest of the onions the same way. 
  • Serve hot immediately.
