Ingredients:
Onians-2 mediun size
Panner-200 gms
salt-to taste
chilli powder-1 to 2 tbsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
Butter- 2 tbsp
Whole garam masala - ( Cinnamon -1 inch piece,
cloves- 2, cardamom -1)
Ginger & garlic paste-1 tbsp
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Cumin powder-1/4 tbsp
Cashew nuts paste -2 tbsp(soak 2 tbsp of cashew
nuts in hot water for 15 min,then grind into paste)
Milk-100 ml
Coriander leaves-To garnish
Sugar-1/4 tbsp
kasuri methi-1 tbsp(dry fenugreek leaves)
curd-2 tbsp
How to make Paneer Butter Masala:
· Paneer should be fried to light golden colour. Keep these aside
· Heat butter in a pan add chopped onions, fry till they are golden
brown colour.
· Now add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder,coriander powder,garam
masala powder,turmeric powder and fry 1 Min's.
· Now add tomato puree(chopped tomato pieces grind into paste),chilli
powder.
· Cook until oil get separates.
· Now add curd ,cashew nuts paste, sugar,
milk and bring it to boil point.add kasuri
methi crushed to powder between two hands.
· Add the cubed paneer, Simmer
and cook till the gravy is in correct consistency.
· Garnish with fresh cream ,coriander and serve with pulao or roti
or chapati..
