Ingredient Onians-4 medium size Chilli powder- 1tbsp Prawns-500 gms Garam Masal-1/2 tbsp Green chillies-4 salt-to taste turmeric powder-1/4 spoon Jeera powder Or Cumin powder-1/4 spoon Coriander powder-1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp water-1 cup coriander leaves-1 bunch curry leaves-few Oil-6 tbsp How to make Prawn Shrimp Curry
· Wash prawns with water and little turmeric powder.
· Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, a pinch of turmeric, curry leaves, green chilies and fry till onions turn to brown colour.Add the ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves and fry for a minute.
· Now add the cleaned prawns cook for 10 mins on low flame,now add,salt,coriander pwd, cumin pwd and chilli pwd and mix well. Cook on a low flame with closed lid for about for 10 min.
· Add garam masala pwd fry for a min and add 1 cup of water and cook then cook on low flame with closed lid for 10 to 15 min.
· Turn of the stove once the prawns turn soft and gravy turns thick.
· Garnish with coriander and serve hot.

How to prepare Capsicum Gravy:
- Fry groundnuts,coriander and sesame seeds on a mediun flame,grind all together including mirchi salt and curd,use water also to make a semi liquid paste,then keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan do seasoning by adding red dry chillies,curry leaves,zeera,mustard seeds after 1 min add ginger garlic paste,fry for min.
- now add chopped capsicum to it,fry them on a medium flame with out closing th lid,due to capsicum is very delicate vegetable.
- once capsicum is half coocked add salt.
- once capcicum is cooked add above mentioned grinded gravy.
- now add garam masala powder and lemon juice to it.
- simmer the flame cook for 10 mins.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
