Ingredients:
Onion mediun size-4
Besan Flour-2 cups
Lemon juice -1/4 lemon
Myda or All Purpose flour-1 tbsp
Baking soda-1/4 spoon
Chilli powder-little
Salt-to taste
Oil-to deep fry
How to prepare:
- First add the flours in a bowl,add salt,soda,chilli powder and water, mix well. The batter should be of pouring consistency.
- Now peel of onion and cut it into round slices.
- Heat oil in kadai,when the oil is hot reduce the flame to medium.
- Now dip the onion slices in the batter and see that it coats properly and fry them in the hot oil
- Fry till they are golden brown in colour.
- Serve hot with lemon.
