AMLA THE WONDERFUL GIFT OF NATURE:
In English Amla is known as Gooseberry, also known as Indian gooseberry.It is the major ingredient of the famous ayurvedic.Amla is one of the best herbs you can consume on daily basis without any side effectsIt has numerous health benefits, it's abundant in nutrients and packed with the power of Vitamin C.We need vitamin C to improve resistance of body i.e. to build immune system.
