  • Koramenu Fish 1 kg
  • chopped onions   6
  • green chillies 4
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Red chili powder 1 tbs
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tbs
  • oil for cooking    5-6tbs
  • water  1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 11/2 tbs
  • coriander powder 1/2 tbd
  • garam masala 1/4 tsb
  • Curry leaves

Take Koramenu  fish pieces clean it and remove the skin add red chili powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,Garam masala,salt and marinate for 20 mins.Now take a vessel add oil add onions,chillies ,now fry the onions to golden brown colour.now add marinated  fish  fry for 2 mins  add 1cups of water close the lid  cook on a very  low flame for 30 to 40 mins with closed lid .After the fish is fully cooked Oil oozes out side indicates that curry is ready.Now add coriander & curry leaves to it.Serve hot you really loves a lot

This is one of the Andhra traditional dish. I learn ed this from my Mom. This is one of my favourite dish.This is mouth watering recipe 
  • Lamb or Mutton 1/2 kg
  • chopped onions   4
  • Raw mango      1
  • green chillies   4
  • Coriander      1 bunch
  • Red chili powder  1 tbs
  • Turmeric powder  1/4 tbs
  • oil for cooking           3-4 tbs
  • water  2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste  11/2 tbs
  • coriander powder   1/2 tbd
  • garam masala   1/4 tsb

Take mutton or lamb pieces clean it add red chili powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,salt and marinate for 20 mins.Now take pressure cooker add oil add onions,chillies fries the onions to light brown colour.now add marinated lamb fry for 5 min on a slim flame,now add 11/2cups of water close the lid and then keep the visil and visil up to 15 to 20 visil to get more tenderness of the meat.After visil put off the stove open the after all pressure is gone.Now add raw mango pieces and add gar am masala to it add 1/2 cup  of water  it and then cook on a low flame with closed lid cook for 20 mins.Oil oozes out side indicates that curry is ready.Now add coriander to it.Serve hot you really loves a lot

Solution:Boil raw mango pieces with water after cooking to soft add some water and sugar to it.You can get relief  from the sun stoke.
Tulasi leaves, dried in the sun and powdered, can  used for brushing teeth or rubbed on the gums. It can also be mixed with mustered oil to make a paste and used as toothpaste. South Spicy Food



  • Basmathi rice-2 cups
  • Ginger garlic paste -2 table spoon
  • coriander powder-1 table spoon
  • salt to taste
  • chillies 4
  • Dried onions -2 table spoons
  • oil --1 cup table spoons
  • yogurt or curd--2 cups
  • lemon-1
  • cumin powder-1/4 spoon
  • coriander leaves -1 bunch(big)
  • Red&yellow food colours
  • cloves-4
  • cinnamon -5
  • ilachi-3
  • Red chilli powder-1 table spoon
  • Whole garam masala -!/2 table spoon
  • chicken -!/2 kg
  • Turmeric powder

How to Prepare:-

First clean the rice and then soak it for 1/2 hour.If u don't soak for 1/2 hour your biryani won't be good.Now next step is to marinate chicken:-take 1/2 kg chicken in a bowl clean it to it add salt ,curd or yogurt,oil,lemon juice chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,chopped chillies,turmeric,ginger garlic paste,coriander leaves,dried onion's mix all these well and keep aside for 1 hour.
Now how to prepare Biryani:- To boil rice take a vessel with water add salt,oil,cinnamon sticks,cloves,ilachi and then bring to boiling point.now add the rice and keep lid on the vessel.now boil the rice to half boiled.now separate the rice from water.now take another deep bottom vessel  with tiet lid and put the marinated chicken in the bottom of the  vessel now the next layer is rice now keep the half boiled rice on the top of the marinated chicken .now take two  food colours  separately with 1 spoon of water and pour it on to separate portions on the rice .now  on the top of the rice add some dried onions,coriander leaves and then keep the lid to tiet to keep the lid extra tiet use chapathi dove to bind the lid.keep on the stove for 15-20 min the biryani will be ready.
How to know Biryani is cooked inthe vessel:-flumes comes out of the lid with nice biryani flavour.
After Biryani is cooked keep it like that with out opening the lid .after 1/2 an hour remove the and lid then mix rice top to bottom  carefully without breaking of  Basmathi rice.Enjoy----------------------

Soak Bengal gram in water for 3 hours .Now Grind the soaked gram into rough paste,to this add chopped chillies s,onions,coriander,curry leaves,Ginger garlic paste,garam masala,salt.Now dipp these in the boiling oil,the oil must be in medium flame now fry to golden brown colour.garnish with coriander and lemon
