Ingredients:
French beans-1/4(chopped inti 1 inch size pieces)
Chopped Onian-1(big)
Coriander powder or daniya powder-1/4 tbsp
Coriander leaves-1 bunch
Garam masala-1/4 spoon
Red dry chillies-4 or 5
Oil-3 tbsp
Salt-to taste
Turmeric powder-1/4 spoon
Cumin seeds-1/4 spoon
Mustard seeds-1/4 spoon
Curry leaves-few
How to prepare French Beans Fry:
- Clean the french beans and chopped into 1 inch size pieces.
- Now Heat the oil in a vessel,add mustard seeds let them pop.Add cumin seeds, after that add curry leaves and fry till curry leaves are crispy.
- Now add cleaned beans in that vessel,add salt and turmeric powder and then keep the lid closed.Stir the beans in between.cook on a low flames
- Mean while grind onions and dry chillies into rough paste.
- Once beans are cooked,changed its colour add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 Min's.
- Now add onions,dry chilli paste,coriander powder and garam masala,then fry for 5 min.
- Now again close the lid for 10 to 15 min.Stir in between.
- After they get cooked,garnish with coriander.
