Tamarind Prawns also popularly known as Chintakaya Royalu.Raw Tamarinds are available in winter,rainy seasons and mouth watering spicy sour dish. Exotic dish from the Andhra cuisine.It is very simple and easy recipe to make.

 Ingredients:

Raw Tamarind-1/4 kg
Clean Prawns-1/4 kg
Green chillies-4
Onians mediun-2
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Zeera powder-1/4 tbsp
Chilli powder-1 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
Curry leaves- few
salt-to taste
Oil-4 to 5 tbsp
Coriander leaves-To garnish
How to make Raw Tamarind Prawns/Chintakaya Royalu:
  • First off all clean the raw tamarinds and remove the seeds in it.
  • now grind onians,chillies,raw tamarinds into a fine paste.
  • Now take this mixture into a tawa,now add cleaned shrip or prawn,chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,zeera powder,curry leaves.salt and oil.
  • Add 1 cup of water.
  • Switch on the flame,simmer and cook till gravy is in correct consstency.
  • Cook unti thel oil seperates out indicating that curry is well cooked. 
  • Garnish with coriander

Yogurt has lactic acid ,clear the pores and softens your skin.Choose unflavoured, unsweetened ,no preservative,fresh,plain yogurt.
cucumber that has natural  cleansing properties, it works great on skin.
  • Cucumber-1/4 piece
  • Yogurt-2 Table Spoons
Cut Cucumber into small pieces, into a blender or food processor and puree.Now mix well with yogurt and apply on face and neck.Wash it off with cold after  after 15 to 20 Min's.

 This face pack makes skin tight,results in brighter skin.It is good for dry or sensitive skin.

Ingredients:Bhindi-250 gms
chilli powder-1/2 tbsp
salt- to taste
Amchur powder or (dry mango powder)-1 tbsp
Coriander powder-1/4 tbsp
garam masala powder-1/4 tbsp
oil-2 or 3 tbsp
Coriander- 1 bunch
Curry leaves-few
ground nuts- 3 tbsp
Dry chillies-2
cumin seeds-1/4 tbsp
Gram flour-
How to make Bhindi Fry:
  • cut lady finger into slices.
  • add oil in a pan deep fry lady finger ,untill they are crispy and keep it aside.
  • Now fry ground nuts seperately and keep it aside.
  • Add cumin seeds and dry chilli ,curry leaves and fry for few seconds.
  • Add gram flour, mango powder and fry for 5 mins. Add lady finger,ground nuts. Mix well. Put on flame for few seconds and put of the stove.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve hot.

Ingredients:

Onians-2 mediun size
Panner-200 gms
salt-to taste
chilli powder-1 to 2 tbsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
Butter- 2 tbsp
Whole garam masala - ( Cinnamon -1 inch piece, cloves- 2, cardamom -1)
 Ginger & garlic paste-1 tbsp
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Cumin powder-1/4 tbsp
Cashew nuts paste -2 tbsp(soak 2 tbsp of cashew nuts in hot water for 15 min,then grind into paste)
Milk-100 ml
Coriander leaves-To garnish
Sugar-1/4 tbsp
kasuri methi-1 tbsp(dry fenugreek leaves)
curd-2 tbsp
 How to make Paneer Butter Masala:
· Paneer should be fried to light golden colour. Keep these aside
· Heat butter in a pan add chopped onions, fry till they are golden brown colour.
· Now add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,turmeric powder and fry 1 Min's.
· Now add tomato puree(chopped tomato pieces grind into paste),chilli powder.
· Cook until oil get separates.
· Now add curd ,cashew nuts paste, sugar, milk and bring it to boil point.add kasuri methi crushed to powder between two hands.
· Add the cubed paneer, Simmer and cook till the gravy is in correct consistency.
· Garnish with fresh cream ,coriander and serve with pulao or roti or chapati..

Ingredient
Onians-4 medium size
Chilli powder- 1tbsp
Prawns-500 gms
Garam Masal-1/2 tbsp
Green chillies-4
salt-to taste
turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
Jeera powder Or Cumin powder-1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp
water-1 cup
coriander leaves-1 bunch
curry leaves-few
Oil-6 tbsp
How to make Prawn Shrimp Curry
·         Wash prawns with water and little turmeric powder.
·         Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, a pinch of turmeric, curry leaves, green chilies and fry till onions turn to brown colour.Add the ginger-garlic paste and curry leaves and fry for a minute.
·         Now add the cleaned prawns cook for 10 mins on low flame,now add,salt,coriander pwd, cumin pwd and chilli pwd and mix well. Cook on a low flame with closed lid for about for 10 min.
·         Add garam masala pwd fry for a min and add 1 cup of water and cook then cook on low flame with closed lid for 10 to 15 min.
·         Turn of the stove once the prawns turn soft and gravy turns thick.
·         Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
