Lemon rice is a tasty and fast dish that you can make very quickly  in mins and very easily you can make with less ingredients.This is one of my favourite dish.


Rice- 2 cups
lemons- big 3
Tsp Chana Dal(Senaga Pappu )-2 table spoon
Urad Dal(Mina Pappu)-1 tsp
Mustard Seeds(Avalu )-1tsp
Cumin Seeds (Jelakara)-1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves (Karvepaaku )
Turmeric Powder( Pasupu)-1/2 tbs
Green Chillies Slit Vertically-10
Peanuts Pallilu)-5 tsp
cashews-3 tsp
Pinch Asafoetida( Inguva)
Dried Red Chillies-3or4
Tsp Oil-5 tsp
Salt to taste

DirectionsPick, wash and soak rice for about thirty minutes. Drain and then boil in plenty of boiling salted water until almost done. Drain and keep aside
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add, peanuts, chana dal, urad dal, red chile , cashews, mustard seed, and green chile, to the hot oil , allowing each item to cook briefly Cook until dals change colour to light brown.then add curry leaves. Mix turmeric powder in this. Stir fry for half a minute. Add cooked rice, salt and lemon juice.
Garnish with coriander .

Combine equal amounts of rosewater, cucumber juice and lemon juice, and then gently apply this mixture to your skin. Leave it till it is dried off ,rinsing it off with warm water. Use this treatment daily or weekly on your face as well as on other prone area,helps in removing Pimples and blackheads

 Milk-1 cup
 Honey -2 drops
 sandal wood oil-1 spoon
Mix these 3 well,apply to face,keep it till it is absorbed deep into the skin and then wash it off with cold water.Repeating same process daily helps in letting the face creams to penetrate into the skin.Helps in removing dry, dead and a flaky skin and makes skin soft and glow.

A study found that when people eat eggs for breakfast, they will be less hungry at lunchtime .when compare to cereal and other food stuff.Make us feel fuller for longer than other foods.
The results show es that the people felt less hungry after the egg in the breakfast. This led them to eat less for lunch.
