A study found that when people eat eggs for breakfast, they will be less hungry at lunchtime .when compare to cereal and other food stuff.Make us feel fuller for longer than other foods.
The results show es that the people felt less hungry after the egg in the breakfast. This led them to eat less for lunch.
  So if you take egg as part in your breakfast,you can eat less for lunch,results in consuming less calories.
