Ingredients:
Ragi flour/Finger millet flour - 1 cup
All purpose flour or Maida - 1/2 cup
Sugar-3/4 cup(powdered)
Salt- 2 pinches
Butter - 1/2 cup, melted
Cooking Soda-Less than 1/4 spoon
Cashew nuts - to decorate
How to prepare:
- In a large bowl take Ragi flour,all purpose flour,salt,Butter(melted),Cooking soda and powdered sugar.Mix all together.
- Mix all together with water,mix until you shape them into round balls.
- Flatten round balls little.
- Deep fry in the cooking oil.
