Milk

:  is an important part of our diet. We begin the day drinking milk when   we are children’s. Some people believe drinking milk increases their body weight. Milk does not contribute any fat and so you need not worry. It has been proved that people who drink milk regularly stay slim more than those who don't drink milk.

Bone health: Milk and dairy products are providers of calcium, phosphorous, magnesium and protein which are all essential for healthy bone growth and development. 

Strong teeth: Milk is also good for strong teeth, and it helps prevent tooth decay and cavities..

Acidity Reduction: Consumption of milk products can also help in reducing acidity. Milk is a very good antacid! Drinking a glass of milk when you experience acidity or heart burn problems can reduce your acidity. Drinking milk regularly will prevent heartburn and other gastric problems.

Good sleep: Drinking a hot glass of milk before bedtime can help putting you off to sleep immediately.

During pregnancy:  Consuming milk during pregnancy and while nursing a newborn can help in improving the calcium content.

Wholesome Food: It contains a whole lot of vitamins and minerals to keep you fit, healthy and strong. A glassful of milk contains vitamin A & B for good eyesight.

Deficiency Symptoms: Milk deficiency can cause severe anemia, osteoporosis and other related illnesses. Drink milk everyday to maintain good health.

How to test purity of milk: Put a drop of milk on a glass slide if it rolls fast then it is not pure if it does not, then it is pure………

Ingredients:
Skinless chicken--1/2 kg
chili powder--1 tbsp
salt--to taste
oil--to fry
corn flour-2 tbsp
besan flour=tbsp
turmeric powder-1/4 table spoon
colour--red colour 1 pinch(optional)
coriander powder or dhaniya powder
ginger garlic paste-- 1 tbsp
lemon juice-half
chillies-3(to garnish)
garam masala--1/4  tbsp
biryani masala--1/4 tbsp Star Anise (Anasa puvvu),Mace (Javithri / jaathipathri) look below images for anise and mace(grind together)--1
 

How to prepare

  • Mix all the Ingredients expect lemon and marinate for 15 mins .
  • Deep fry the chicken pieces .
  • Garnish with fried chillies  and lemon

To keep your skin clean and free from dirt and grime you can use honey as a face cleanser.
 Mix honey with milk cream and massage into your skin and then wash it off with warm water

Curd or yogurt - 2 cup
Green chillies -2
Red chillies-2
Mustard seeds/Aavalu-1/2 tsp
cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Termeric powder-2 pinches
Fenugreek Seeds/Menthulu,menthy seeds-1/2 tsp
curry leaves-few
coriander leaves-few
salt-to taste
HOW TO PREPARE
  • First for preparing Curd rasam grind mustard seeds and green chillies to paste,keep it aside.
  • Now add turmeric powder,salt,curry leaves,chopped coriander and above prepared paste to the curd,keep it aside
  • Heat the oil in a pan, add Curry leaves, methi seeds,jeera, mustard seeds,red chillies and fry well, add this to the curd mixture.you are done.

coriander leaves--1 bunch
curry leaves--1 spring
chillies-2
garam masala--1/4 tsp
briyani masala--Star Anise (Anasa puvvu),Mace (Javithri / jaathipathri) look below images for anise and mace(grind together)--1/4 tsp

How to prepare:

 marinate chicken  with all the ingredients,keep it aside for at least 1 hour .take non stick tawa and cook on low flame with closed lid,stirr in between.cook til get cooked. .sprinkle coriander  and fried chillies at last.
