Main Ingredients:- boiled egg
Ingredients:-
- Boiled eggs-2
- Oil-1 Tbsp
- Salt-To taste
- Coriander powder-1/2 tea spoon
- Turmeric powder-1/4 tea spoon
- Chilli powder-1/2 spoon
- Curry leaves-1 spring
- Boil the eggs for 10 Min's and remove the shells, make small slits in between the egg.
- Add oil in a non stick pan.
- When oil is heated add salt and turmeric powder and coriander powder.
- Now add boiled eggs fry for 5 to 8 Min's on a medium flame. Stir in between.so that the outer skins darken and harden.
- Now switch off the stove and add chilli powder and curry leaves .
- Serve hot with rice.
