Ingredients:
Wheat Flour-2 CupsSalt- To Taste
Oil- To Fry
Sooji or Rava-3 tbsp
How To Prepare:
- Soak rava in little water for 5 Min's.
- Mix wheat flour,salt,1 tbsp oil,rava with enough water and make a fine dough.
- Poori dough should be little harder than chapathi dough.(this makes puri absorbs less oil).
- Once you prepared dough,rest it for at least 10 Min's.
- Make lemon sized puri bolls,slap lightly with wheat flour.Roll it out with a rolling pin to form a nice even round discs,with thin medium thickness.
- Finally,in a pan heat oil on medium heat.Fry puri both sides until they are done.
- Serve hot with any favourite side dish..
