Ingredients:

Wheat Flour-2 Cups
Salt- To Taste
Oil- To Fry
Sooji or Rava-3 tbsp

How To Prepare:

  • Soak rava in little water for 5 Min's.
  • Mix wheat flour,salt,1 tbsp oil,rava with enough water and make a fine dough.
  • Poori dough should be little harder than chapathi dough.(this makes puri absorbs less oil).
  • Once you prepared dough,rest it for at least 10 Min's.
  • Make lemon sized puri bolls,slap lightly with wheat flour.Roll it out with a rolling pin to form a nice even round discs,with thin medium thickness.
  • Finally,in a pan heat oil on medium heat.Fry puri both sides until they are done.
  • Serve hot with any favourite side dish..
