This recipe made with small variety fishes.Recipe is from the popular south Indian dish.This is a very simple and easy to make,fish fry with ground masla and only one thing is necessary for this is simple fry the fish both sides
.
Ingredients:-
- Small fish-4 no
- Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Chilli powder-1 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste-2 teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
- Lemon-1/2 cut
- Oil-2 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves-2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder-1/2 spoon
- garam masala-(1/2″ dalchini, 1 elaichi and 4 cloves finely grind into powder)
- Take small fishes, clean it, make slits on the fish.
- For marinating small fish add chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder mix well and apply to small fish, keep it a side for 1/2 hr to 1 hr
- Now take a non stick pan, add oil to the pan, cook both the side on low flame until it turns to gold color.Continue this process for about 30 to 40 mins on a low flame.
- Add chopped coriander, switch of the stove.
- You can also deep fry the fish but, i want to use less oil in my fish fry.
