Roasted chicken is just quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:-

  1. chicken-500 grams
  2. Chilli powder 1 table spoon
  3. Ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
  4. Turmeric powder-1/4 tea spoon
  5. Salt-To taste
  6. Coriander powder-1/2 table spoon
  7. Oil-2 or 3 table spoon
  8. Chopped coriander-2 table spoon
  9. Lemon-1/2 cut
  10. 2 slit green chillis
  11. garam masala pwd (1″ dalchini, 1 elaichi and 4 cloves finely ground)

How to prepare:-

  • Rinse or clean the chicken pieces and remove any excess fat from chicken.
  • Now marinate the chicken by adding chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder for at least 1/2 to 2 hours.
  • Now heat oil in a cooking vessel add slit green chillis,chicken and mix well. Cover the vessel with lid and cook on a  very low flame for about 15 to 20 mins.Open the lid and stir in between.
  • Cook until the chicken is roasted and cooked well.
  • sprinkle the garam masala pwd and lemon juice and saute further for another 2 mt.
  • sprinkle coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice or roti.
