Dry Fruit Laddus are  highly nutritious, healthy and delicious snacks, Loaded with dates, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, pista, sesame seeds and good option for any festival This is easiest recipe  to prepare at Home.
Ingredients:-
  1. Dates- 2 cup
  2. Almonds-1/2 cup
  3. Cashews-1/2 cup
  4. Pista-1/2 cup
  5. Kismis(raisins)-1/2 cup
  6. Sesame seeds(nuvvulu)-1/4 cup(optional)
  7. Ghee-2 tbsp

How to prepare:-
  • Dry roast almonds, cashews and sesame seeds separately on a low or medium flame.
  • Pitted dates, grind into rough paste.
  • ground almonds, cashews, pista all together a little coarse.
  • Heat a tsp of ghee and saute the raisins until they slightly puff up.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of ghee and saute the dates on low flame, add coarse dry fruits, kismis mix well, let it cool for 10 min.
  • Grease ghee on palms and make small balls when the mixture is warm.
  • Store in air tight container.
