The correct balance of ingredients is what makes food taste good.Here I've made a common cooking measurement chart so you can remember how many teaspoons in a tablespoon and how many tablespoons in a cup.The information below shows measuring equivalents for teaspoons, tablespoons, cups and ounces.


1 cup=250 ml
1/2 cup = 125 ml
1/3 cup = 80 ml 
1/4 cup =60 ml


1 tbsp = 15 ml 
1/2 tbsp = 7.5 ml 
1 tsp = 5 ml 
1/2 tsp = 2.5 ml 
3/4 cup =12 tablespoons
 a Pinch 1/16 teaspoon
1 cup =48 teaspoons
1 cup =16 tablespoons
1 cup=8 fluid ounces (fl oz) 
1 pound (lb)=16 ounces (oz)
