Ingredients:
Raw Mango(cut into cube shaped pieces)- 1Cashews -1 cup(Soak for 15 mins)
Onion(chopped ) -1 big
Green Chiles -2
Red Chile Powder- 1 spoon
Turmeric powder-1/4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-1/2 tbsp
Garam masala-1/4 spoon
Coriander powder or dania powder-1 tbsp
Oil -2 tbsp
Cilantro- few sprigs
Salt to taste
How to prepare:
- Heat oil in a pan add chopped onians,chillies fry till they are golden brown colour.
- Now add ginger garlic paste,saute till the raw smell leaves.
- Now add mango pieces,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,corinader powder,garm masala powder fry for 1min.
- Now add cachew nuts stirr.
- Now add 1cup of water ,cook on a low flame with closed top.
- Cook for 20 to 25 min on a very low flame.
- Garnish witn cilantro or coriander,serve hot with rice.
