Ingredients:
Rajma beans(soaked over night)-1 cup
Chana dal(soaked before 2 hours or over night)-1/2 cup
Salt- to taste
Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Onian(big)-1
Chillies chopped-3
Curry leaves-chopped
Coriander-chopped
Zeera-1/4 tbsp
Oil-to fry
whole garam masala-1/2 tbsp
How to prepare Rajma Vada:
- Grind soaked chana and rajma beans into rough paste.
- To the grind paste add ginger garlic paste,salt,curry leaves,coriander,zeera and whole garam masala mix all and make vadas.
- Fry vadas till dark brown colour.
