Curd or yogurt - 2 cup
Green chillies -2
Red chillies-2
Mustard
seeds/Aavalu-1/2 tsp
cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Termeric powder-2 pinches
Fenugreek
Seeds/Menthulu,menthy seeds-1/2 tsp
curry leaves-few
coriander leaves-few
salt-to taste
HOW TO PREPARE
- First for preparing Curd rasam grind mustard seeds and green chillies to paste,keep it aside.
- Now add turmeric powder,salt,curry leaves,chopped coriander and above prepared paste to the curd,keep it aside
- Heat the oil in a pan, add Curry leaves, methi seeds,jeera, mustard seeds,red chillies and fry well, add this to the curd mixture.you are done.
