Ingredients
- Bringals-10 to 12 small size
- Onians big size-2 chopped
- green chillies-3
- Ginger&garlic paste-2 tsp
- Red chilli powder-1 tsp
- salt -to taste
- oil-5tsp or u can less than 5 tbp
- tamarind paste(lemon size soked in water)
- turmeric pwd-1/3 tsp
- coriander pwd-1 tsp
- cumin pwd-1/2 tsp
- curry leaves
- corinader-chopped
- cinnamon stick-1 inch size
- cloves-6
- Coconut grated- 2 tsp
- Peanuts-2 tsp dry roasted
- cachew nuts-1 tsp
To grind
Peanuts-2 tsp dry roasted
turmeric pwd-1/3 tspPeanuts-2 tsp dry roasted
cinnamon stick-1 inch size
cloves-6
coriander pwd-1 tsp
cumin pwd-1/2 tsp
Coconut grated- 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
Salt to taste
caschew nuts
Method to prepare
- Wash the brinjals , do not remove the stem , cut them vertically and horizontally from opposite direction to the stem.don,t cut till to end make plus shaped slit on brinjals.
- now take 1 tbsp oil, fry the onions and chillies to light brown colour and transfer to mixture jar and keep it .
- to this mixture add chilli powder,Peanuts-2 tsp dry roasted, turmeric pwd-1/3 tsp,cinnamonstick-1 inch size,cloves-6, coriander pwd-1 tsp, cumin pwd-1/2 tsp ,Coconut grated- 2 tsp,Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp,Salt to taste dont add water to this mix into a thick paste
- now stuff bringals with above prepared thich paste.
- now take a cooker pre heat the oil,add left mixture let it fry for some time after that add stuffed bringals let it fry for 10 min on a mediun flame with closed lid now add 1/2 cup of water after 2 min add termeric paste pressure cookfor 2 to 3 vissils.
