Ingredients:
Wheat--1cup
water--3 cups
ghee--3to4 tsp
sugar--1cup
cashews--1 tsp
kismiss or raisins-1 tsp
cardamom powder--1/2 tsp
How to Prepare:
- Take a deep bottom thick vessel,with about 2 table spoon of ghee.now add broken wheat or godumarava and fry it for 5 min.
- now add 3 cups of water in fried Rava,stirr well keep the vessel closed with a lid and on a low flame.
- After all water is absorbed,Broken wheat rava gets completely cooked.
- now add 1 cup of sugar to the cooked rava and mix well.
- Keep stirring till the sugar syrup is absorbed completely.
- Add few amount of ghee if u want more taste.
- Put off stove when kaseri leaves from sides of the vessel.
- Take another small vessel,heat 1 tsp ghee fry kissmiss or raisins,cashews to light golden brown colour.add these to rava kesari,also add cardamom powder.
- now very easy and simple recipe is ready to eat.
