Ingredients:

  1. Wheat--1cup
  2. water--3 cups
  3. ghee--3to4 tsp
  4. sugar--1cup
  5. cashews--1 tsp
  6. kismiss or raisins-1 tsp
  7. cardamom powder--1/2 tsp

How to Prepare:

  • Take a deep bottom thick vessel,with about 2 table spoon of ghee.now add  broken wheat or godumarava and fry it for 5 min.
  • now add 3 cups of water in fried Rava,stirr well keep the vessel closed with a lid and on a low flame.
  • After all water is absorbed,Broken wheat rava gets completely cooked.
  • now add 1 cup of sugar to the cooked rava and mix well.
  • Keep stirring till the sugar syrup is absorbed completely.
  • Add few amount of ghee if u want more taste.
  • Put off stove when kaseri leaves from sides of the vessel.
  • Take another small vessel,heat 1 tsp ghee fry kissmiss or raisins,cashews to light golden brown colour.add these to rava kesari,also add cardamom powder.
  • now very easy and simple recipe is ready to eat.
