INGREDIENTS:

Milk-1 lit
Cornflour-11/2 tsp
G.M.S powder(Glycerol monostearate)-11/2 tsp{Available in food stores}
C.M.C.(Carboxymethyl cellulose)-1 pinch{Available in food stores}
sugar-8 tsp
Milk powder-2 tsp

How to prepare:

  • Mix corn flour in little amount of cold milk with out lymph's,now boil milk in thick vessel.
  • Mix corn flour mixed milk in the boiled milk and add G.M.S,C.M.C powder and mix them thoroughly.Now add sugar,milk powder again mix thoroughly.
  • Now again boil this milk mixture until it becomes to thick,after it gets thick it should be cooled.
  • Now take this mixture in another bowl and keep in the refrigerator upto8 hours.
  • after 8 hour the mixture turns into ice,take off it beat for 10 min with a beater.now again keep this mixture in refrigerator for about 8 hours.
  • now smooth Ice cream is ready to eat
