INGREDIENTS:

  • Bengal gram ------1cup
  • chillies medium ---------3
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry
  • coriander----1 small bunch
  • ginger garlic paste
  • garam masala----!/2 quarter spoon 
  • Curry Leaves

Procedure: 

Soak Bengal gram in water for 3 hours .Now Grind the soaked gram into rough paste,to this add chopped chillies s,onions,coriander,curry leaves,Ginger garlic paste,garam masala,salt.Now dipp these in the boiling oil,the oil must be in medium flame now fry to golden brown colour.garnish with coriander and lemon
