  • Koramenu Fish 1 kg
  • chopped onions   6
  • green chillies 4
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Red chili powder 1 tbs
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tbs
  • oil for cooking    5-6tbs
  • water  1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 11/2 tbs
  • coriander powder 1/2 tbd
  • garam masala 1/4 tsb
  • Curry leaves


Procedure:
Take Koramenu  fish pieces clean it and remove the skin add red chili powder,turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,Garam masala,salt and marinate for 20 mins.Now take a vessel add oil add onions,chillies ,now fry the onions to golden brown colour.now add marinated  fish  fry for 2 mins  add 1cups of water close the lid  cook on a very  low flame for 30 to 40 mins with closed lid .After the fish is fully cooked Oil oozes out side indicates that curry is ready.Now add coriander & curry leaves to it.Serve hot you really loves a lot
